amplitude ratio studies

The estimation of the sensory nerve action potentials (SNAPs) amplitude ratio was suggested by some authors in the diagnosis of the carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), and it consists in SNAPs amplitude comparing between two nerves, such as the median and ulnar nerves, or two different stimulations of the median nerve alone. In the latter case, the palm and the wrist are the most common used stimulation sites.
